Global Wine provides delivery services throughout the territory of Vietnam. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Bac Ninh & Hanoi Inner City:
- Express Delivery: Within 2 – 4 hours (for orders placed before 16:00).
- Standard Delivery: Within the day or the next day.
- Other Provinces (Central, South): 2 – 5 working days depending on your address (excluding Sundays and Holidays).
Note: In cases of force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, etc., delivery times may be extended. We will proactively contact you to provide updates.
2. Safe-Packaging Standards
Understanding the “fragile” nature of glass bottles and wine’s sensitivity to temperature, Global Wine’s packaging process strictly adheres to:
- Layer 1: Thick bubble wrap for each individual bottle to prevent impact.
- Layer 2: Use of specialized 5-7 layer carton boxes with carton dividers or foam inserts to fix the products firmly, ensuring no movement during long-distance transport.
- Layer 3: “Fragile” labels and branded tape sealing to ensure goods are not tampered with.
3. Liability for Goods
- The transport service designated by Global Wine will be responsible for risks such as loss or damage to goods during transport from our warehouse to you.
- You are responsible for inspecting the goods upon receipt. If you discover that the goods are damaged, scratched, broken, dented, or incorrect, please sign to confirm the condition with the delivery staff and notify our Customer Care Department immediately via Hotline (+84) 982 955 618.
- After you have signed for the goods without noting any issues, Global Wine is not responsible for subsequent return requests related to damage, scratches, breakage, dents, or incorrect goods.
