1. Conditions for Return/Exchange

Global Wine is committed to maximizing customer rights. We accept returns/exchanges in the following cases:

  • Shipping Damage: Products are cracked, broken, leaking, or labels are severely torn upon receipt.
  • Manufacturer Defects (Flavor Spoilage): Wine suffering from “Cork Taint” (musty cardboard smell), Oxidation (vinegar/sour smell), or containing foreign objects inside the bottle.
  • Wrong Order: Incorrect wine type, incorrect vintage, or missing quantity compared to the confirmed order.

Note: We DO NOT accept returns for products that have been opened but are rejected due to personal taste preference (e.g., “too dry”, “too acidic” compared to personal palate).

2. Return Timeframe and Process

Please notify us within 48 hours of receipt (for visual defects) or immediately upon opening if a flavor defect is discovered.

Implementation Process:

  1. Step 1: Take photos/videos of the defective product. For flavor-spoiled wine, please re-cork the bottle and keep the remaining liquid (minimum 80% volume) for our appraisal.
  2. Step 2: Contact Hotline/Zalo (+84) 982 955 618 to report the issue.
  3. Step 3: Pack the product. Our staff will collect it (for inner city) or guide you to ship it back (for provincial customers).

3. Refund Policy

After retrieving and verifying the product defect, Global Wine offers the following options:

  • 1-for-1 Exchange: Immediately send a new product of the same type (100% Free Shipping).
  • Exchange for Another Product: You may switch to another wine of equivalent or higher value (paying the difference).
  • Refund: In case the replacement stock is unavailable, we will refund 100% of the order value via bank transfer within 3-5 working days.
