By accessing the website and placing an order, you default to confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Our delivery staff reserves the right to request identification (ID Card/Passport) to verify age upon delivery.

2. Order Processing and Confirmation

After you successfully place an order on the website, the processing flow is as follows:

• Step 1 (Confirmation): The system sends an automatic email confirming the order. Within 2-4 working hours, our consultant will call directly to verify details and advise on the vintage of the wine if necessary.
• Step 2 (Payment): You choose the appropriate payment method.
• Step 3 (Delivery): The order is packed and handed over to the shipping unit.

3. Pricing and VAT Invoice Regulations

• Prices listed on the website are retail prices inclusive of Special Consumption Tax, but exclusive of Value Added Tax (VAT) and shipping fees (if any).
• Corporate customers requiring a VAT invoice must provide full details: Company Name, Tax Code, Address during the ordering process or notify the consultant upon confirmation. Electronic invoices will be sent via email within 24 hours after successful delivery.

4. Payment Methods

To maximize convenience, we accept the following methods:

a. Cash on Delivery (COD):
Applicable for orders valued under 5,000,000 VND within the inner city of Hanoi and Bac Ninh. You inspect the goods and pay directly to the delivery staff.

b. Bank Transfer:
Mandatory for orders shipped to other provinces or high-value orders (over 5,000,000 VND). Transfer content: [Customer Name] + [Phone Number].
